Complaints

We take all feedback seriously. If something has not gone right, tell us and we will investigate it fully and fairly. We respond within 28 days, in writing if you ask for one.

How to raise a complaint

Speak to a member of the club team, or email hello@techtigers.co.uk. Formal complaints are addressed to our CEO. We listen first, and conversations about a concern are always held privately, away from other parents, children and staff.

How we investigate

Every complaint is investigated fully and impartially. If you would like a written response, we will set out what we found and any resulting actions or changes to our policies and practice.

How long it takes

We respond as soon as we reasonably can, and always within 28 days of the complaint being made.

Our records

We keep a written record of every complaint, the outcome and any action taken, held securely for at least three years. Where a statutory authority such as Ofsted asks, we provide a summary of complaints and the actions taken.

Complaining to Ofsted

Our holiday club at St Dominic’s in Brewood is Ofsted registered. If your complaint is about that club, you can also raise it with Ofsted on 0300 123 1231. Ofsted considers whether a registered provider is meeting its requirements, rather than contractual matters such as refunds. Our other clubs are not Ofsted registered, so Ofsted cannot take complaints about them.

Prefer to talk to someone else? If your concern is about a child’s safety, see our safeguarding page.
