Common questions

What ages are Tech Tigers clubs for?
Children aged 5 to 13. Activities are pitched by age and stage, so beginners and keen builders are both stretched.
What does my child need to bring?
Nothing for after-school clubs, all kit and devices are provided. For holiday full days, bring a packed lunch and a water bottle.
How does booking work?
After-school clubs are booked and paid for by the term, which reserves the same weekly place. Holiday days are booked individually. Each club's page takes you to the right checkout.
How much do clubs cost?
Holiday clubs run from £12 for a 2hr STEM Play session up to £40 for a full day, with a 25% sibling discount. After-school clubs are booked by the term at partner schools, from £4.00 to £6.50 a session depending on the school.
Are staff DBS-checked?
Yes. Every session is led by a DBS-checked STEM specialist, with first aid cover and full insurance.
Can I use Tax-Free Childcare?
It depends on the venue. St Dominic's in Brewood is Ofsted registered and accepts Tax-Free Childcare. Woodthorne is awaiting Ofsted registration, so we cannot accept Tax-Free Childcare there yet.
What if there's no club near me?
Join the waitlist with your location and we'll let you know the moment a club opens nearby. It also helps us decide where to open next.
Do you run birthday parties or parent and child sessions?
Yes. We offer STEM birthday parties and parent and child STEM sessions alongside our clubs. Get in touch at hello@techtigers.co.uk and we'll put something together for you.
