Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you book a Tech Tigers club. Tech Tigers is operated by Hyett Education Ltd, part of Hyett Education. Please read them alongside the details shown at checkout.

Booking

Holiday clubs are booked and paid for on Bookwhen, where the price, times and any sibling discount are confirmed before you pay. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been taken. After-school clubs run at partner schools and are booked by the term.

Cancellations and refunds

If you need to cancel, please contact us as early as you can and we will do our best to offer a transfer, credit or refund in line with the terms shown on Bookwhen at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel a session that has too few bookings to run, giving at least 7 days notice, and in that case we will offer a transfer, credit or full refund.

Behaviour and safeguarding

Every session is run by DBS-checked specialists with first aid cover. We ask that children treat staff, other children and equipment with respect. We may ask a parent or carer to collect a child early where behaviour puts the safety or enjoyment of others at risk.

Liability

We hold public liability insurance and take reasonable care at every session. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
