Planning your STEM morning

When are workshops available?
We are taking requests for workshop dates from January 2027 onwards. All workshops are mornings only. Our two Tech Tigers staff arrive at 07:45 to set up, with pupil delivery within 09:00–12:00. Setup, changeovers and packdown are planned with your setting.
Why do you only deliver morning workshops?
Tech Tigers staff run after-school clubs in the afternoons. Morning bookings give our team time to pack away, take a break and travel to their next school, so they can meet their other daily commitments.
Who designs and delivers the workshops?
Tech Tigers is part of Hyett Education, providing childcare and wraparound services with playful STEM learning. Our morning workshops are adaptations of selected Hyett Education workshops, designed by qualified teachers and delivered by two trained Tech Tigers activity leaders. Hyett Education staff manage booking coordination and invoicing.
How do we request a date or booking?
Choose a workshop and a preferred calendar month from January 2027 onwards. Tell us your venue postcode, year groups and pupil numbers. We will check staffing, equipment and travel routes and send possible dates. A request does not reserve a date or confirm a booking; the team will agree the date, format and booking details with you.
What space do we need?
A hall is required for STEM Carousel and Early Engineers Express. The carousel needs room for 60 pupils in four groups of 15, with four activity zones. Robot Makers needs a suitable classroom or hall. Your setting provides tables, chairs, agreed power and normal pupil supervision. We confirm access, equipment and support arrangements before booking.
Can home-education groups and nurseries enquire?
Yes. Schools, nurseries, home-education groups and other learning groups can enquire. Tell us your venue, ages and pupil numbers. If your venue is undecided, explain this in your enquiry so we can discuss the requirements.
Are the prices per pupil?
No. Robot Makers and Early Engineers Express are £325 excluding VAT per morning. STEM Carousel is around £350 excluding VAT per workshop for 60 pupils. We confirm the price and agreed format before you book.
Can Hyett Education deliver a full-day STEM Carousel?
Hyett Education does not offer STEM Carousel as a single workshop. It offers more detailed individual workshops in Beginner and Intermediate STEMbotics, stop-motion animation, and electricity and circuits. Each has its own age range, format and price.

Make room for a little discovery.

Tell us your group, postcode and preferred month. We will help you find the right morning.
