How we check and train the team
Every session is led by an experienced STEM specialist with an enhanced DBS check. Volunteers are never left alone with children.
All staff complete safeguarding training every year and follow Keeping Children Safe in Education. A Designated Safeguarding Lead, trained to Level 3, is always on site or on-call.
Sessions run with paediatric first aid trained staff and full public liability insurance.
